Board Officer (Secretary) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Bio

I have been actively involved in the Credit Union movement in Halton for over 25 years both as a volunteer and a member of staff and helped to develop the Credit Union into the organisation you know today.

I am the Chief Executive Officer with ultimate responsibility in ensuring that the Credit Union meets its obligations in its objectives to both its members and the regulators.

It is my responsibility to ensure the Board are kept informed on the performance of the Credit Union and to ensure that decisions made by the Board both strategically and on policy are implemented within the operational side of the Credit Union.

I also volunteer in other not for profit companies as a volunteer in Halton.

I have lived in Runcorn for over 40 years, I married and raised two sons who also still live in Runcorn and have the privilege of being a Nan to six grandchildren, these take up most of my spare time.

I am highly motivated and through working in the financial sector I have well developed organisational and administration skills.

I have strong management skills and believe in the development of staff and volunteers.  Through this foundation I have built strong relationships with the Board and Manager’s, which has contributed to the sustained growth of the Credit Union.

I am able to communicate and relate to people at all levels within the organisation.

I am able to take direction from the Board whilst contributing to the decision making progress ensuring compliance is always met.
